SHIPPING

I ship out orders once a week on a Saturday.

UK Delivery

I currently only ship to Scotland, England and Wales. All orders will be posted First Class via Royal Mail. If order value is over £50 I may post using Signed For/Tracked.

International Delivery

Due to the current situation post-Brexit and overall price increase for international, I have taken the reluctant decision to temporarily suspend EU and international delivery.

RETURNS

If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return it up to 14 days after you have received the item. Please contact me here.

It must be returned in the condition it arrived in and the buyer must pay the return postage. Once I have received the return I will process your refund asap.

Packaging

All orders will be securely packaged. I’m currently using up some historic plastic packaging to protect some of my orders - I plan to move to biodegradable films and paper packing as soon as this is used up (but I felt it better to use it rather than to waste it). I may also re-use packaging I’ve been sent, i.e. bubble wrap and jiffy bags, so your order may not arrive in a brand new envelope/jiffy bag etc.
